These terms of use, read together with the Privacy Policy located at ("Privacy Policy"), constitutes a legal and binding contract ("Agreement") between you and Club Aastha Private Limited, a company validly existing under the laws of India providing, inter alia, the terms that govern your access to use (i) Trav's website ("Website"), (ii) Trav's mobile applications ("Mobile Applications"), (iii) Trav's online travel, accommodation, and allied reservation services, and (iv) any other service that may be provided by from time to time (collectively referred to as the "Services"). This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of any of the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions. To the extent you book any travel products or services on this Website through our call centre agents, you agree that this terms & conditions shall apply to all such transactions. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website or make bookings through our call centre agents.  We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the terms & conditions without prior notice.

1. Agreements:
By accepting terms & conditions displayed at the time of booking or accepting services from, it imply that you have entered into an agreement with the service provider i.e. and you are in obligation to abide by these terms & conditions.

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years of age and are of sound mind, (ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation, (iii) you will use this Website in accordance with this terms & conditions, (iv) you will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for other persons for whom you are legally authorized to act, (v) you will inform such other persons about the terms and conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto; (vi) all information supplied by you on this Website is true, correct, current and complete, and (vii) if you have an account with you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any misuse of your account by anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to the account holder or anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time may be restricted or denied without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these terms & conditions. These terms & conditions are published in compliance of, and is governed by the provisions of Indian law but not limited to-
-the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
-the Information Technology Act, 2000;
-the rules, regulations, guidelines and clarifications framed thereunder, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2012 ("SPI Rules"); and

3. Payment Options
Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. shall have the right to charge transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the Services. These charges/fees may also be altered by without any notice. By booking with , you authorize  and its agents to transact with your bank or other payment gateways on your behalf to obtain the necessary information required to process payment, confirm payment, resolve inquiries and billing disputes, and/or as otherwise required to manage the booking. In the event a booking or reservation does not get confirmed for any reason,  is under no obligation to make another booking to compensate or replace the earlier booking. All subsequent bookings shall be treated as new transaction without any reference to the earlier transaction. All refunds shall take place as per the normal banking payment cycle. charges a service fee including taxes on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.

4. Internet Banking
If you have an account with any banks, then you can pay for your order through respective bank's net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. "" processes the payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transactions.

5. Pay at hotel reception customers can pay the hotel directly at the reception at the time of check-in at the hotel.

6. Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your bookings/transactions within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre provide phone no. & Email ID.

7.Visa Obligations.
Please carry a valid visa for the country you will be visiting or transiting through.
Please check with the concerned airline or embassy for all visa requirements. will  not be under any obligation to inform you or assist you for obtaining appropriate visa (including transit-visas, on-entry visas, etc.) or with the concerned immigration requirements. Further, will not be responsible for any issues, including inability to travel, arising due to your failure to obtain the appropriate visa or clear any immigration obligations that you may have.

8. Delivery of bookings/Services
An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-Ticket.

This e-ticket will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone or hard copy will be sent courier as per your choice.

If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking on please call a Customer Care Executive immediately.

It is not mandatory to show your Reference Number by Confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the Reference Number Confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your Reference Number by Confirmation email and / or e-Ticket together.

It is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from travelling.

You will need to show your e-Ticket by confirmation email and e-Ticket number along with a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.

Prepaid Ticket Advice ("PTA")
A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice. We will give you a PTA number that you need to present at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will print and give you your ticket at that time.

9. Amendment or Cancellation policy
You can cancel domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click the Cancel button. For online cancellation, will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges. To amend or cancel your ticket offline, contact  Customer Care at 18001034088.  For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 500 per person per sector, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply. While for international flight cancellation fee of Rs 1,000 per person would be charged, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled. In case of e-Tickets and PTA, the refund shall be processed within 15 - 20 working days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card account. Payments made using any other form will be refunded by cheque (why it will be not done through internet banking?) within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider. Please note service fee (including taxes) charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

10. Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from (i) your access to or use of Services, (ii) violation of the terms & conditions, (iii) infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account with, and (iv) infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to your foregoing obligations, you agree to provide us with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.

If any provision of these terms & conditions are determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
